Due to the nature of jewelry and for hygiene reasons, all STCKD sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Normal wear and tear

Exchanges or replacements will only be considered if:

You received the wrong item, or

Your item arrived damaged or defective.

To qualify:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo or video evidence

Item must be unused and in original packaging

Approved exchanges will be processed at our discretion.

Once an order has been dispatched, STCKD is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party courier services.
